SCOPE AND IMPORTANT NOTES

We are a prescription fulfillment service. We work with partner pharmacies and, where applicable, international pharmacies and fulfillment partners. We only fulfill prescription medication orders with a valid prescription from a licensed U.S. prescriber.
This Privacy Policy does not replace any privacy notices you may receive from a partner pharmacy, prescriber, payment processor, or shipping carrier. Those third parties may have their own privacy practices.

PRESCRIPTION SUBMISSION RULES
We accept prescriptions from licensed U.S. prescribers only. We do not accept prescriptions issued outside of the United States. We do not accept screenshots from online telehealth portals as a valid prescription.
Prescriptions may be submitted by:
- upload through the website
- fax
- phone call (where permitted)
- transfer from a prescriber
- transfer from a pharmacy
- prescriber or prescriber office sending the prescription directly
CALL RECORDINGS AND COMMUNICATIONS
If you call us, we may record calls for quality assurance, training, safety, and compliance purposes, where permitted by law. We may keep records of communications with you, including emails and live chat messages, and any information you choose to share.
MARKETING EMAILS AND SMS
Email marketing
If you opt in to marketing emails, you can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe option in the email or by contacting info@canadadrugs.online.
SMS/text messages
If you opt in to SMS, you can opt out by following the instructions in the message (for example, replying STOP) or by contacting us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
We serve U.S. customers, but we operate from Canada and may work with partners and vendors in Canada and other countries. By using our services and providing information, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in Canada and other jurisdictions where privacy laws may differ from your state of residence.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for money. If certain technologies are treated as “sharing” under some U.S. state privacy laws, we will process applicable opt-out requests when you contact us.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

HIPAA NOTE
HIPAA is a U.S. law that generally applies to “covered entities” (such as many health care providers and health plans) and their “business associates.” CanadaDrugs.Online is a Canadian-based prescription fulfillment service and is not a U.S. covered entity by default. However, we treat prescription and health-related information as sensitive and handle it with confidentiality and safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information.
Partner pharmacies, prescribers, or other healthcare entities involved in your prescription may have their own privacy practices that apply to their handling of your information.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as appropriate.
